Hilary joined The Noble Law as an employment attorney in 2019 after a career in New York City practicing complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and global investigations with a premier international law firm. Her work included representing fortune 500 companies, global financial institutions, and large pharmaceutical companies in high-profile and break-the-bank matters.
Hilary has a long-standing dedication to helping clients navigate employment issues and is a two-time recipient of the Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for her successful representation of individuals with Federal Labor Standards Act, state wage-and-hour, and TVPA claims.
With an undergraduate degree in bioengineering, Hilary especially enjoys representing clients in the technology and medical sectors. Hilary is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Global Law Scholar, Clifford Chance Fellowship recipient, member of the Barristers’ Council, and chosen by fellow students as commencement speaker. Before joining our employment law firm, she clerked for the Honorable Catherine C. Eagles of the Middle District of North Carolina.
Before law school, Hilary served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania. In her spare time she enjoys music and hiking. Hilary lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and son.
