About

Heather Helmendach joined The Noble Law Firm as an attorney in 2021, and transitioned to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Of Counsel in 2026. In this capacity, Heather ensures that the firm's infrastructure runs smoothly so that attorneys and staff can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Heather intimately understands what legal teams need to do their best work. Her experience as an attorney allows her to build operations and systems that support the firm from the inside out. In all that she does, Heather is passionate about fostering excellence through empathy, diligence, and a people-first approach.

In her free time, Heather enjoys aerial arts, teaching and taking yoga classes, and long walks in nature. She loves staying active and creative while spending time in her hometown of Charlotte with her puppy (Lily), friends, and family.
