Victoria Kepes

About

Victoria Kepes joined our team in 2022 as a Partner, leading the firm’s growth to our South Carolina office. Before joining The Noble Law, Ms. Kepes worked as Senior Counsel for Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she focused on employment and general litigation matters. In this role, she represented clients in federal and state courts in both North and South Carolina. Previously, Ms. Kepes clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Hodges Jr. on the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Ms. Kepes also brings a breadth of experience in many of The Noble Law’s key practice areas. She has represented clients in cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Her experience as In-House Counsel for a technology company provides an understanding of the key components of corporate workplace investigations.

A Cum Laude graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law, Ms. Kepes is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
