Michelle Hubbs joined The Noble Law in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked in boutique and national law firms, nonprofits, state and federal agencies as a paralegal, law clerk, administrator and policy analyst. She brings over 20 years of experience in conflict dispute resolution, complex litigation, nonprofit advocacy, public policy, international law, and civil and human rights. She is also a certified mediator.

Michelle enjoys working alongside our attorneys in advocating for our clients and strives to be a witty, wise and diplomatic communicator and apprentice of the law. Michelle is thrilled to work with a law firm that supports her desire to advocate for equity and justice.

Outside of the law, communications and advocacy, Michelle loves all things related to yoga, coffee and the ocean. She lives in Florida with her husband, daughter, a cat named Charlie and her Catahoula, Ollie.
