Mitch Davis joined our team in 2024 as a Lead Attorney, in The Noble Law Firm’s office in Charlotte. Before joining Noble Law, Mitch worked as an associate attorney for a Charlotte law firm that focused on employment matters. Mitch received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2018. During his time at Wake Forest, he was an articles editor of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property, a member of the Community Law and Business Clinic, and a member of the Moot Court Board.
Mitch has represented clients in all areas of employment law, including matters under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act, the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act, and other federal and state employment statutes and tort claims. He is committed to seeking favorable outcomes for his clients and advocating on their behalf.
