Valerie joins The Noble Law as a Partner in its Charleston, South Carolina office and brings over 20 years of experience representing employees with claims arising under federal and state anti-discrimination laws. Through this experience, Valerie has gained comprehensive knowledge of employers’ legal defenses and the expertise to effectively counter those defenses. Committed to achieving positive results for her clients, Valerie keeps abreast of quickly-changing employment laws in order to favorably leverage those laws.

Valerie’s primary areas of focus include matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

Before joining The Noble Law, Valerie worked in boutique employment law firms in northern Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. As she awaits getting licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina, Valerie will work under the direct supervision of The Noble Law’s attorneys who are licensed to practice in these states. With her broad-based employment law experience, Valerie is committed to expanding access to comprehensive legal services for employees in North and South Carolina.
