Statement on Supreme Court’s Decision in Dobbs v. Jackson

As a woman-owned law firm, we are deeply saddened and dismayed by the Supreme Court’s assault on the bodily integrity and fundamental liberty rights of American women in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health opinion issued earlier today. This opinion overturned the right to an abortion established by Roe v. Wade and allows states to reduce, outlaw, and even criminalize abortion procedures. We are committed to fighting for women to enjoy the same fundamental liberty interests as men, including their right to bodily integrity and basic human freedom. We are deeply saddened for the millions of American women who must now confront extreme difficulties to obtain basic medical care to safely end unwanted pregnancies. And we are committed to fighting the sexism, injustice, workplace discrimination, and inequality for which the Dobbs decision paves the way.

If you are a public interest or advocacy group and seek litigation or appellate assistance as part of a legal effort to eradicate, circumvent, limit, or otherwise hollow out the Dobbs decision, The Noble Law would like to assist. Our seasoned litigators, including Laura Noble, Kathryn Abernethy, and Victoria Kepes, are here to help. They can each be reached by contacting [email protected] to have an appointment scheduled.
